RewardNet Terms & Conditions
By
accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms
and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our services, you
shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
1. Definitions
1.1.
“The Company” means Craft Innovations Corporate Gifts Ltd. t/a
Gift Innovations.
1.2.
“The Customer” means the person to whom the Company may agree to
sell goods in accordance with the Company’s terms and conditions for sale.
1.3.
“The Employee” means the person employed by the Customer who is
the end user on RewardNet®.
1.4.
“The Goods” means the gifts or things provided by the Company in
accordance with the Company’s terms and conditions of sale.
1.5.
“RewardNet®” and “RewardNet® software” means the Software as a
Solution (SaaS) provided by The Company for the use of The Customer and
authorised Employees.
1.6.
“The Programme” means the company recognition programme: a gift
selection proposed by Gift Innovations, agreed by the company, and presented to
Employees via RewardNet®.
2. Use of the Company’s
recognition solution & RewardNet® software
2.1.
The process and guidelines for using the Company’s recognition
software (RewardNet®) should be adhered to, as outlined by the Company on RewardNet®
and as agreed with by the Customer and the Employee.
2.2.
Employees assigned to the Customer’s Programme on RewardNet® should
only choose goods from the selection agreed in advance between the Company and
the Customer. No other goods may be offered without prior authorisation from
the Company.
2.3.
On the very rare occasions that an item cannot be sourced, a
user’s login details will be reactivated, and they will be invited to select an
alternative item.
2.4.
The Company makes no warranty that Customer programmes presented
on RewardNet® shall be free from errors.
2.5.
The Company offers no warranty that RewardNet® shall be free from
downtime for essential/scheduled maintenance.
2.6.
Software supplied by the
Company shall remain vested in the Company. The Customer shall not reproduce or
adapt such software (in whole or in part).
2.7.
This site, RewardNet® and its original content, features and
functionality are owned by Gift Innovations and are protected by international
copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property and
proprietary rights laws.
3.
Data Protection
3.1.
The data supplied by the Customer will be used by the Company for
the purpose agreed by both parties. This
may include but is not limited to Employee name, ID number and email address.
3.2.
If the Customer requires the Company to deliver Goods to an Employee
home address, their home address and contact number can be captured during the
ordering process on RewardNet®. The data supplied by the Employee will be used
by the Company for delivery purposes only.
3.3.
The Employee’s home delivery address and contact number will be shared
with a courier company for delivery purposes only.
3.4.
This data will only be used for the agreed purpose and will be
retained in line with the procedures laid out in Gift Innovations’ Data Privacy
Policy – RewardNet® 2023.
4. Exchange
4.1.
Where an Employee has already
selected Goods on RewardNet® and then wishes to select different Goods, the
Company must be notified immediately. If the Goods have not already been
dispatched, the Company will reactivate login details and a new selection must
be made by the Employee.
4.2.
Where selected Goods have been received and the Employee wishes to
exchange them for different Goods, The Company must be notified, and the Employee
is responsible for returning the Goods to the Company within 30 days of receipt.
The Goods must be returned in perfect condition: in their original and
undamaged packaging, ready for resale. The Company will then reactivate login
details and a new selection must be made by the Employee.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
5.1.
Concerning damaged or faulty Goods on arrival, the Customer or
Employee must notify the Company immediately. The Company will arrange to
replace the Goods, once the Company is satisfied that the Goods were damaged or
faulty on arrival.
5.2.
Concerning faulty Goods within 30 days of receipt, The Company will
replace the Goods, once the Company is satisfied that the Goods are faulty. If
the Goods are faulty after 30 days of receipt, the Company will facilitate the
manufacturer’s warranty process.
6.
Delivery
6.1.
The company may use third party couriers to deliver orders to
nominated addresses.
6.2.
If the Customer requires the Company to deliver Goods to an
Employee home address, the delivery details, including but not limited to the home
address and contact number, will be captured during the ordering process on
RewardNet®. The data supplied by the Employee will be used by the Company for
delivery purposes only.
