Your Personal Data
Gift Innovations will be what is known as the ‘Data
Processor’ of the personal data that your company provides to us together with
any additional information you may provide. We receive basic information from
your company to identify you. If gifts are sent to your home address, you
provide your home address details for delivery purposes only.
Why we need your data
We need this information to provide you with the
services that your company has contracted us to deliver i.e. for you to
securely login, choose gifts, and for us to deliver gifts to your place of work
or home address. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not
need in order to provide and oversee this service.
What we do with your data
Your personal data is processed by our staff in
Ireland and is held in an encrypted form. For the purposes of IT hosting and
maintenance, this information is located on servers within the European Union.
No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to
do so, nor do we sell your data. We have a Data Protection regime in place to
oversee the effective and secure processing and storage of your personal
data.
How long we keep your data
We hold data for as long as is required to service
our clients’ requirements or per the GDPR agreement in place with the client.
What are your rights
If you wish to exercise any of your data rights
concerning how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data
Protection Officer, who will investigate the matter. We will deal with your
request within one calendar month of receiving it.
